Look at the quality of the music back then. Smh. I'd rather be a revisionist and look fondly on this stuff than deal with most of the shit that gets put out these days.
 
Not the hottest song of that winter, not in rotation the most on radio or videos by any means, but to this day, this is one of the only hip hop songs to ever scare me. That 3rd verse is the most chilling, vivid description of death I've ever heard without going through it myself. Plus when you add the element of karma which is a theme in that song too, it make you question doin any kind of dirt.
