I've never bought a Meek album as he's not my kind of artist for that, but from his freestyles and singles, he sounds like he's getting better at making music and rapping.

For me it has nothing to do with the Drake beef. Before that i thought he was falling off. His first album was average to me and DC3 was forgetable after i listened to it front to back a few times. Just like ace hood the way he delivers his subject matter is getting repetitive and old. Obviously many greats rap about he same subjects. But the greats are able to rap about subjects from different angles and come up with different ways to deliver the same material.
