You referenced an old study that was debunked and proven to be a mistake.... there are many different studies and many different theories however in all of them you will find certain constants

one of those is the speed of light and the expanding nature of the universe. science looks for ways around these problems but the problem is that all their theories require require too much energy or invented fantastical forms of matter that's why we cannot travel in space and why there is no logical reason to believe that aliens if they exist can travel in space either.
