dude won te fiba world championship against an olympic team with melo, bosh, wade, lebron, etc. he won a world title against kg, allen, and piece..."Starstruck" is the greatest dumb excuse ever though...this isn't even a plausible arguement lmao. Dude openly says he doesn't care about the stardom of being in la, doesn't even do that hollywood shit. Duke is a hooper, one who has bad games. thus he is a solid #2...
great troll thread thogh, it'll be plat in no time...
woah316;2205064 said:And I'll go as far to say this... All of the Lakers are pretty much bitches Besides Kobe, Artest, Fisher and Matt Barnes... Every last one of them aint got no damn heart... It's just Gasol is going to get singled out more because he's the 2nd best player, and a little more softer than the others even... Bynum plays like a big bitch... Imagine if he was mean and Nasty? Odom gets soft at times... "throw it down big man throw it dooowwnnnnnnn"... IN the words of bill walton.. How are 7 foot dudes that aren't above the age of 35 miss point plank range lay ups?
I hate this saying but, "where they do that at"? (no homo)... The shit is pathetic....
Bottom line, Lakers just don't have enough attitude when it matters... Kobe is the only one that comes to play VS the heat, and everyone else is just intimidated.

Pau does play soft some times and it pisses me off but I don't think it has to do with being starstruck. Moreso just not being mentally prepared for big games. But that will only be like 1 or 2 games out the series. The 2008 Finals was his first glimpse of the big stage so it is what it is but he has showed me a lot since then. There have been times where I wanted to throw the remote at the TV like Game 5 of the 2010 Finals but then he comes back to earth and shows me what he can really do. The occasional slip up is alright when you have a team as talented as the Lakers. Especially playing against a weak-minded/coached team like the Heat, I honestly doubt they would win one game in the series.
Me, I'm a Lakers and a Kobe fan. But you pussies always make excuses for everything. I still hear people say the Cavs would have beat the Lakers the last two years. If this is the case why did we beat every team that beat you? Yall lost to the Spurs in 2007, we came back in 2008 and handled them. Yall lost to Orlando in 2009, we beat them in 5 games. (Matchup problems for yall, right???) Yall lose to Boston in 2010, we win. (But its a fluke because 7 games and no Perkins right?) This year yall gon lose to the Bulls most likely and we're gonna beat them or the C's in the Finals. What excuse will it be this time?? Every year it's the Lakers are lucky they didn't have to play Lebron. Bull-fuckin-shit. Lebron lucky he ain't have to embarrass himself on television again shooting 35% from the field and 68% from the line in the NBA Finals while his team gets swept.
I swear to God you cock suckas are retarded. Same assholes that got mad as fuck they couldn't irk me when the Cavs beat LA on Christmas and had the best regular season record 2 years in a row and my reply was "the regular season is irrelevant" are saying they don't care about the regular season when the Heat lose 5 games in a row but then turn around make a determination about who would win a playoff series based off a regular season game. I have a feeling that your regular season series with Boston is a lot more telling than the games against the Lakers, but who knows??
Doggy, be clear. Use your brain. Doggy... Bosh, Big Z, Dampier, Anthony, any defensive bum you want to throw at the seasoned and experienced Grizzly Gasol isn't gonna be a match for his superb offensive skillset in a 7 game series that matters. Lets be logical.

They wanna make assumptions, well, let's factor in Chicago's series with the Heat. That can be telling as well. Always been a fan of the Lake Show squads. They know when it's time to win and when it's a meaningful game they will be victorious.
