^^So true.
Yeah, make all the excuses you want about good music is good music bullshit. The fact of the matter is that shit ain't hip hop.
Their is a whole catalogue of errors in that cycle. Firstly, you allow corporate labels to define hip hop for you. Secondly, you got a whole bunch of rappers who sellout the culture for money. Thirdly, you got the fans who dickride these artists and keep them popular. So the labels keep churning out these disposable trash rappers and the cycle continues.
Lol, that's exactly what I think, these dudes are trained actors. Debates like this always make me think of this track.

Why do people always go on with the excuse good music and bad music. Theirs hip hop music good and bad and then theirs some other shit thats not even close to being hip hop that fans support thinking it's the real deal but it simply ain't. If you want to listen to that shit then that's ok but don't try and insult peoples intelligence calling it hip hop, that shit's wack. Why do we have to deal with and accept low standards? Is all that shit you mentioned acceptable to you? Smh mister Jamaica, shame on you.
Yet another bullshit excuse, "Rap Is Entertainment" That expains it then, it's ok to be wack and unoriginal it's just entertainment. Damn.
You my friend are 100% correct.
That's part of the problem right there, fans accept that shit instead of raising the bar, sad really.
