Because baseball does one of the worst jobs at promoting the sport, Look how many Commercials for Football and basketball u see for individuals and for the sport alone...u hardly see any baseball shit, And the sport is only 8-10 % Black , a lot of these black kids cant even relate to a lot of these players ....
Football does the best job at promoting their sport , Hell college gameday is just as exciting to watch almost as the game it gets you hyped, and NFL does a hell of a job at pitching games , and also If you can play then you can play just look at the draft and a lot of these rosters , they take anyone from any school as long as you can ball out and get the job done...
there's so much Bullshit in Baseball til it's a joke , so much garbage behind the scenes... im not a Race guy i dont care nothin bout if someone black or white or whatever it dont matter to me, But they making it to where as they dont even want u playing their sport
Only Black Players they taking are the one's that's just beyond Elite that have undeniable talent, look around the league and see how many "average to below average" black players there are or how many "Role" players there are that are black....they're hardly any....
they not even trying to give Black players a chance , it's a joke to me and i lost respect for the sport and how' it's conducted....i wish all sports were like Football, if you can play then you can play , no matter if you From South Carolina State a HBCU school or if you from the University of Miami, they find a way to get you on a roster, shouldnt be about color or what school u came from....
And the Same Fuckin Teams Suck every year and Same Teams are good every year due to salary cap like Shitman said and it's getting old...
And Also in Football and Basketball you have a general idea who damn near all the players are before they are even drafted, the same cant be said about Baseball, because college baseball isn't that popular , shit dont start doing numbers until the College world series on TV , and they drafting kids out of HS so unless u a true fanatic and keep up with that shit then u wont even know who they are...
shit everybody knows who the Football and basketball players are by time draft rolls around because College Football and College Basketball is so damn popular...
