The point is, the collection agency is adamant in getting an unjustified payment from me. And their reasoning as to WHY, makes no sense, as they should be directing that to their client. It has already been explained to them, by me (and apparently, a rep at the doctor's office took personal prerogative to have them stop contacting me) that it was not necessary, but they're still trying to get me to pay out of pocket. I'm not paying for your client's error.

They should be directing that energy to the people who made the mishap in the first place which, in this case, would be their client.

What the fuck do I look like helping their client save face, by paying for an error that their client made? Seriously?

When did GnS become a place designated strictly for the 40 and older crowd? I have been on this site for roughly two years, and as far as I can remember, GnS has always been promoted as the subforum with intelligent and mature conversation, neither of which are bound by age.

Of course it wasn't rejected, because it was never submitted.

anyways, bruh collection agencies get paid to collect a debt by you paying them..........in some cases you are still liable to pay the original company who turned your shit over to a collection agency

I wouldn't pay shit to the collection company, but i would address the original company and get that shit resolved................most debt after 7 years drops off ya credit report anyways, so depending on they got it titled, you'd prob be better off not pay shit at all
