Don't know and don't care I can't take that pop music shit too seriously.
King is MJ and Queen is Madonna.

michael jackson was the king and queen of pop at the same time.

Now that he's deceased, will there be a new King (and Queen) of Pop?

Or will MJ forever be it?

Anyway bro if you really believe Omarion is better than Michael Jackson you're a fuckin weirdo

Sir, I've asked people to tell me how Michael Jackson has been more influential than Mariah Carey...and not ONE person could do it. Not a one. Not ONE single person.

You can classify me as whatever you like, but it still doesn't change the fact that Michael Jackson is/was overrated as fuck.

Here's a short list off the top of the head . . .

Best selling album of all time

Second best selling album of all time (at one time)

Most hit singles off an album

Most grammy's ever taken home in a night

Best selling double cd

Best selling single

Guiness Book of World Records most charitable pop star

First black artist on MTV

Music Video pioneer

Moonwalk and dance innovator

Only group to have four consecutive hit singles (Jackson Five)

Youngest artist to win a Golden Globe for music (14)

Is that enough? Because I only named a few.

OK you obviously have no interest in facts, go fuck yourself with this argument

Ok. Do you really want to have this debate?

I asked for influence...not commercial stats.

Distinguish between the two, then come back to this thread.

well, MJ was influential to JT, Chris Brown, and Usher.
so the fact that your picks for Kings of Pop were either MJ or people who were influenced by MJ speaks about his...influence

Exactly

JT, CB, and Usher are lesser clones of MJ . . . all they do is their best impression of MJ, that's influence at its finest form

Neither of these posts really addresses what I asked.

But it's a question that no one has been able to answer, since all the days I've been posting on the I.C.

I digress.

Carry on.
