'All' white people is implied when someone claims 'white' people. When pressed they'll probably admit "OK, not all" but it's what's consistently implied.

White people love rock and roll music. John is white and he doesn't like rock and roll music. If John is among the 1% of white people who don't like rock music, or even the single only one who doesn't, then the statement is wrong. It's not because of some vague technicality that you should specify 'some' or 'most'. If not all white people like rock music and some non-white people do then there's no fundamental connection between being white and music preferences.

I haven't watched the video but there's no problem with 'whiteness', the problem is with racism, as cheesy as that might sound.
