eh, if I grew it out now, I wouldn't try to change the texture of my hair; I used to rock the 360, though. It's a bad thing to have unkempt hair, however. Brush, comb, condition it. Nappy + unkempt + dry= WOAT

At some point Black people got the impression that looking like their European counterparts (White people) was the ideal measuring stick for beauty.

If you watch the advertisements for hair care products, clothing stores, facial products, etc you'll generally always see some thin White woman with long straight hair.

At some point a lot of Black folks assimilated and began to use this look as the reference point for beauty.

This is why you see a lot of Black women rocking these hair weaves instead of sporting their hair at its natural length.

Our Black women are naturally more curvy with coarse hair and us as Black men are naturally more muscular due to a slower metabolism with coarse hair.

I blame this on network television, social media, and the world wide web.

A lot of this stuff wasn't around 25-30 years ago.

Everyone seems to want be like someone else instead of using what they have and writing their own chapter.

Of course a person named kinky curls will be an advocate for nappy headed hoes

Only way I'm fuccin wit a chick wit natural hair is if she rocks it like this
