That's where the discussion diverts into full blown religious bullshit. Where is that borderline between unliving group of cells and unborn alive baby?
lol religion has nothing to do with it, those cells are not unliving, if they were "unliving" a living organism would never be able to arise from cells that aren't living and there wouldn't be any need for an abortion in the first place.

Religion put that sense of morality in this country to begin this debate
Not for me, it's all about legality, if murder is illegal, then abortion should be as well since it is the premeditated taking of a life. Not only that but doctors shouldn't be performing abortions when they've taken an oath to do no harm.

Its legal for the government to execute a criminal...do u have a problem with that?
If its all about the legality. Unless u feel the government has the right to determine who deserves to live and who does not
I have no problem with criminals being executed. Unless you're going to tell me the crime that an unborn fetus committed, I'm not seeing the relevancy in that statement.
The government already has that right, hence the government being the ones to decide the legality of abortions, give the death penalty in cases, pardon or give a "stay" for those that have been sentenced to being executed.

I didn't cells can be patients, can they sue for malpractice?
Who said they could? Who said you need to be a patient in order for harm to be committed?

How can someone who isn't a patient claim harm caused?
Someone needs to claim harm was caused in order for harm to have been caused?

Well, Black women have the highest rates of unintended pregnancy because we have the least access to affordable birth control. Also, there is a lack of sexual and preventative education for working/struggling Black folks. The presence of single mothers shouldn't mean that they should have more abortions, tho--it just means that there should be more social support and benefits to help single mothers take care of their kids.

Typically yes, but typical doesn't represent always.
Harm can take place without anyone knowing it happened, harm can occur without someone ever claiming it.
Just look at how many decades went by with cigarettes leading and causing deaths yet no one knew that it was. So there was no claim, but obviously harm had taken place.
