shit BG's Chopper City In The Ghetto was the first CMR cd I ever bought and I was riding with them ever since...and even though Wayne wasn't the best rapper then, it was clear that he had the most star potential when you heard him rap...all those lil sound effects he used to use in his verses to actually rhyme with words, when he actually rapped fast, stayed on topic a whole song...i knew Wayne was gonna be around after listening to the Hot Boys album...regardless if you think he's the "best" rapper or not Wayne has "It"...whatever "it" is that makes people pay attention he has it....
