Certainly
Basically in most community colleges, state colleges and universities, you have Computer Science and Information Systems (they have different names in other places). But basically Computer Science is the programming side of the Computer degree...Engineers, Software Developers, Programmers, within the like belong here. The Information Systems side is basically dealing with the data side of the business. IS is more geared toward the business aspect of computers, so you're dealing with Networks, Hardware, but most importantly Database Management and Security.

can you name some of the lectures or topics you have in sociology? i've always been interested in it but im not sure if its really like i think it is ...

My specific area of concentration is Race & Ethnicity so I had lectures on everything from the social implications on race, ethnicity, and gender on everyone from Asians to Black folks to Middle Eastern and applying certain concepts/ideas into what helps cultures form their identities...

how does a double major work? you gettin 2 degrees through one 4-year program?

Yeah, 2 majors attached to one degree in a 4 year program. Lucky for me, crim justice and legal studies covers a lot of the same things because both are in the same colleges (Health and Public Affairs). It's just basically a bunch of core classes and a less easier load.
