I've never seen a inept,asinine sorry ass franchise get discussed as much as the Oakland raiders.They ain't even made the playoffs in 8 years ain't even won 6 games in 8 years yet they passionatly discussed like they relevant or somethin.Fuck the raiders

its unfortunate that we need rules like this and affirmative action but they are needed even though I think racial predjudice is not so blatant nowadays. Some organizations will not hire minorities unless they are forced to do so.
