What do you think of the Rooney Rule. Does it help blacks or make them look dumb?

there's alot of black coaches that get interviews n never get a call back

There's only a handful of black colleges divison 1 football coaches

if you think that his coaching choices are subpar to any other owner, you really should learn more about the NFL. he throws a couple scrubs in there every once in awhile, but so does every other team.

A few scrubs? He picks horrible coaches habitually only to fire them. It is a well known fact that the raider head coaching position is a revolving door. Hired then fired. It's a running joke that when he hires a coach, they call him the next ex-coach. Surely you can't deny that!
