Southwest LA is being gentrified like crazy. My parents home over there is 800k because of the additions they made over the years. People have to remember this is SoCal, where rent at a decent spot with run you 2500-3000k easy. At the same time we make a lot more money than other places. Inglewood/Shaw type areas have big ass residential lots you don't find easy aorund LA, and it's great location-wise.
