Well you didn't really elaborate...I mean it's natural, just probably takes a little longer than a boy would.

I just kinda slowly taught her that it's her private place and not to touch it unless it was time to clean her body, especially in public. Yours is kinda young for any real discussion about the matter. Just redirect her hands and be matter of fact about it or she'll think it's a game.

Is it me or is the school curriculum harder for kids. My son is doing descriptive sentences and book reports in 2nd grade. I dont remember doing that until 4th grade.

My book report was Where the red fern grows.
