First off. Calm down. Now, we have to realize that relationships, in their current form is incentive based( as with anything else in life). If a man is nice to a woman/ women, or being chivalrous to women, and all he finds himself is used and abused at the end of the day, he's going to realize that it doesn't benefit him to be nice to women, and it's not a man's job to be nice to all women. True, he can display common human courtesy, but he doesn't have to do a lot of back bending/hopping through hoops to gain women's approval like society dictates he should. No, you always go to the insulting when you get cornered in a debate...learn to tune that down when you're debating with me because 1) I'm not a typical IC woman or any woman for that matter, and second, you will be cornered when you're debating with me illogically, accept it and learn how to deal oppsoed to attacking. But anyway, back to the convo: @the bolded, same could be said about women who are not the norm to American society, who are good women who couldn't get attention if they jumped in the guys' laps and sung a song. SOME women like me before I met my bf, are overlooked because we lack that slutty/party-going persona that men these days yearn for. And then some women become weaker and sell themselves to society and the scum men who won't ive attention to anyone else but the "bad" girls. These women are victims of the media and the common young man. Young men these days don't want a good girl EITHER, and that's why many turn to being something or someone they are not, just to get these mens' attention and acceptance. If you can give men a pass for becoming thugs because it's the woman's fault then you can give a pass to ALL women outside of the thug, black situation who become "bad" as well just to be noticed and accepted. Women are bad because they are weak-minded enough to sell themselves to society's party-women loving men. This accounts for MOST of American society these days, not limited to black america. You need to step outside of the hood and find that there is a whole heap of women who become "bad", who are products of their environment just to be accepted by the men, it's demand and its pathetic, & not everyone is strong, has values and a sense of self like women like me. If Marvin Gaye was still alive he'd tell you: find out what's really going on.
