Walmart closing 270 stores... its over?

They building a super Wal-Mart actually 2 in my area just like most stores when you get your sales paper you scan em and you use to be able to go to all the stores and rack up. But everything is all about one stop shop. Which is good but prices get blurred and you thinking you saving money but it's only pennies.

I think they still price match though so if you watching sales ad like that then you good.

If I shop there it's late at night like around 1:00-3:00 in the morning, around that time if you in nice area it's empty you can move around on the aisles employees asking are you finding everything ok. But you go to the hood ones it's Damn near like a club.

Wally has about 5k stores in the US alone ...... closing about 300 ain't shit cause they're still stores opening. .....they got a super about to anchor a mall out here in Phoenix.

I've never seen a Walmart anchor a mall ......even though the mall was half dead and they cut the deal for a ridiculous discount .....if they can bring the shoppers back to the mall, this is going to be the start of a trend

You right, I forgot about christown making a comeback ..... they got a walmart, Costco, and target anchor .....I haven't been over that way in a few years

We have a walmart and a target in the same shopping complex. I skip walmart because i dont feel like being in line for 30 minutes. 50 registers and only 3 open. one regular one, 1 self check, and 1 20 items or less which defeats the purpose of express. and it be on friday. payday. the first and the 15th. 6pm. 2 lines open. solely the reason why they fail.

Just a little over 30 minutes ago, I went into walmart and thought I saw AK47.......aka "Manda."

I couldn't tell for sure because she had on sunglasses.

Same shaped face, arms, chest, and wide....thick hips.

I walk up to her and ask her if her name is Amanda.

She said no, I said "sorry to bother you" and finished shopping.

Well, I did follow her up and down the aisles for about 5 minutes after......but nothing overt.

I should've left well enough alone at that point.

However, I go home, drop off my groceries, and decide to go back to Walmart to see if this chick is still there.

Now, even though I had already finished shopping, I thought it would look strange if I just started walking around Walmart without a shopping cart.

So, genius that I am, I decided to get a shopping cart.

I thought it might take a while to look around Walmart to find her, but soon as I walked in....she was right there in the produce section.

Long story short, I ask her if I can talk to her for a few minutes. ( I know...kinda lame)

Before I could even get a few more words out, she says:

"You don't have any groceries in your shopping cart. I mean, you don't have anything at all. What are you...the Walmart lurker or something?

Then she goes on to say "I'm very married and have about ten kids to feed."

She said she was joking about the ten kids, but gave the impression that she had quite a few.

After that, I said "nice meeting you anyway" and walked away laughing and embarrassed by what had just transpired.

That's it.

The females that work at Target are bad compared to the nasty shit Walmart has.

The people who shop at Target don't look like they just got outta bed

Target is way cleaner and shit is organized. You don't have to go to the Garden section to get Milk.

Fuck Walmart they should shut that shit hole down. I swear I see the nastiest shit and people when I go. Even the employees ugly af

Looololol this has never been my experience. I try my damndest not to ever shop there but if i do it's cuz target or some other store don't have what I'm looking for and it's only for like 1 specific item. But then again the ones around here are newer so everything is pretty much in order.
