One of the burritos at Chipoltes but with tomatoe salsa no cheese sour cream or guac

Grilled chicken sandwich at McDs

ham Egg and cheese mcmuffin

Fresco bowl at Taco bell no sour cream or guac.

My favorite is the Fried rice / steam vegetable with Teriyaki chicken and string bean chicken at Panda Express. Problem is alot of sodium. That meal is over the recommended sodium for a day.

Really all of the fast food will have alot of sodium.

Why no guac?

I'm still trying to figure why they are treating guacamole like it's bad for you, if anything it should be a replacement for all the other garbage additives
