Wayne was never dope

Bruh you still think Chino XL is dope. Take a seat.

Bruh u think Lil Wayne one of the best rappers out lmao invalidates your opinion on anything regarding lyricsim or mc's...

U one of them fag niggas with face piercings wear pink and skinny jeans aint u?

Chino XL line for line bar for bar shits on Waynes existence.. XL been crown the king of punchlines before Wayne ever pick up a mic thats fact.

You a cornball ass dude the anti lyrcist poster quick to shit on lyrcist and place Wack as Camron and Wayne as goat.

Sit yo young ass down when grown men speak.

Wayne is better than Chino XL on all levels.

....And it's funny you say I'm anti lyricist, when my top emcees are as lyrical as them come. And I'm talking real lyrics, not corny pseudo-intellect shit like Chino. Ol' "my punchlines are ahead of my time, spinning counterclockwise causing you to hallucinate from your mind" etc... SMH them dudes suck.

I'm talking real lyricists like Black Thought, Ghostface, Nas etc. Dudes that talk about real life shit. Not that nerdy "spiritual lyrical" bullshit.

You're the one that's lost thinking that wack shit takes any talent. I know 10 dudes from my block who'll end what's left of Chino's career. While he's doing the nerd flow, they'll talk about his dingy braids and how he's rhyming big words and not saying shit and it's a wrap.

1. Wayne isnt better than XL at anything lyrical related aside from Flow.

2. Your whole post screams Im a dumb nigga.. U can call Chino a pduedo intellectual.. Son is a certifed Genius intellectal member of Mensa.. Hes a street nigga certified.

3. U never listened to any Chino XL album if you talking about Real Life shit..

4. Lol at Chino not saying shit when that had been Wayne biggest criticsim his whole career. Further proof you have no clue what you are talking about.

5. I can name over 20 dudes from my hood that would body Lil Wayne. Yet it was u who said in other thread "MC Hammer>>>>>> Unknown MC in his neighborhood basement" dont be a hypocrite now.

Damn nigga comparing Wayne to gucci mane and shawty lo. Lol only on the ic. Wayne dropped some heat in his time. Yea recently he's been sub par but still carter 2&3, dedication 1,2&3. No ceilings, the suffix. He dropped flames on every feature for a good 3 yrs. Given his past accomplishments he ain't wack

It's not a surprise coming from a forum of people who would rather listen to the CunningLynguists in the club instead of songs like Bitches Love Me

Not really this is just a forum that appreciates good hip hop doesn't mean we're not balanced. we know every type of hip hop sub genre has its own place.

KRS-One owes his career to the clubs making his joints hot...

Lmaooo, voted undecided just to see how this would go...not surprised, this is the I.C where the opinion is never a reflection to the outside world...carry on tho

Thing is I love 500 degreez and Carter 1 wayne. Now...soon as I hear his music i run away from it as far as East is from West

The outside world is not representation of hip-hop community either.

And the I.C is right? What makes the I.C anymore legitimate? its still only ppl with opinions, and we all know everyone got those...the funny thing is however, the most successful and impactful rappers get the most negative response on here, yet the most loved are the less supported and doing the worst in the outside world, so it isn't hard to see and identify what audience/listener actually puts there money where their mouth is and actually supports their preference, instead of talkin out they ass all day and believing to be some sort of elitists yet ain't doing shyt to support nor help maintain the art, foh...

Most people aren't balanced though. And if everything has its place then why is everything that's not lyrical miracle or GOOD Music weak to y'all? And yall wonder why southern posters got so much disdain for up north people.

You got cats in here talking about they want to listen to KRS One in the club b. We not talking about 1986 b. It's 2013. I like hearing Future when I'm at a function b, therefor he isn't wack because I enjoy his music. I'm starting to see where the NoCompetition idiot is coming from now.

Lmaooo@ this dickrider, steady tryna save and dickride other men on here, most notably his bf, yet I'm the one filled wit estrogen and this clown outchea captaining...lmao

Future is wack but thats for another thread..

I made the Krs One point to show how in 2013 game isnt balanced.. A Krs One type MC would never get started in the club.

Lets be real here unless its throwback nite or local showcase type shit the same niggaz and same songs u hear on radio is the same shit you hear in the clubs...

Now look at the threads made its majorily about the same niggaz u hear in the club and radio.

So what balance you speak of?

@nujerz84

The IC might make a lot of threads about popular rappers but they don't like most of them as evidenced by the results to this poll as well as the 2 Chainz one. And I would argue that there is a pretty good balance in mainstream rap right now with Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Ross, Cole, Kanye, etc.. You'll never see an extremely lyrical rapper like Chino XL on the radio nor an extremely hood rapper like Alley Boy. That's just how it goes. You won't get extremes but you'll get a nice middle ground of both sides.

But you yourself are an example of a person whose music repertoire is relatively one-sided. You only listen to rappers with high lyrical and technical skill and no shit that is more laid back or party music either. You have no balance yourself to be complaining.

And when I go to the club in the city I live they play too much damn old school hip hop. It's like damn, I listen to this shit at home all the time. That shit ain't bout to get the hoes loose. I wanna hear some other shit while I'm out. I be happy to find clubs with good DJ's that play good new twerking music like Waka Flocka, Juicy J, etc.. That's why I'm out anyway.

I dont listen to party music cause asdide for finding it mostly garbage the radio clubs and TV fills that void. I (laid back music is more subjective than party music).

Imo im the opposite im at the age where I prefer to find a more mature venue than it filled with corny young-ins and birds twerking.

I feel you but that just means you're the one who isn't balanced. I don't know how you could have a couple drinks in your system while you're out and not find a Future record infectious. Like if that shit don't get you moving a lil bit I might think something is wrong with you.
