Hitting a person once in a retaliatory situation is not a overreaction to me just cause it caused more damage than what was done to you FIRST.

I get what Bomani was trying to say, but it's a false analogy. That said. I think he's aiming this specifically at people who are like "How come women can hit men, but it's wrong for men to hit women?" I don't think it's aimed at people who simply think that Mixon wasn't completely in the wrong or that he shouldn't be demonized over this.

See that's just it though...if you know your 1 punch will cause more damage than the person who hit you then there will be a group of people who will say you shouldn't have hit them back because you know that you're bigger and stronger. We all know 99.9% of the time if a man hits a woman it will cause more damage to her than vice versa unless she's using a weapon, which is part of the reason it's look down upon in general for hitting someone smaller than you.

1. He's stated repeatedly he doesn't engage in social media arguments with colleagues. Any problems he goes directly to them...see the multiple times him and Danny Kannel have went at it
