No, he's right. The game ended in a draw. Uruguay won the penalty shootout. That's how it's recorded. Official game ended 1-1. Then you see in brackets (4-2). It gives credit to both teams as not actually beating each other, then shows who won the "lottery".

Incorrect. I was wrong about one match because I assumed that the last score I saw was the finishing score as I didn't get to see that match until the end (was working). Silly yes, but it is what it is I can take that L. Furthermore in the group qualifying matches to go to the next level there were situations where a team won or drew and were still eliminated or put forward based on more than that score of that match. Lastly I do not need to fake shit no one on here means that much to me to fake anything LOL I have no issue taking an L when i make a mistake because I don't perpetrate to be an authority or know-it-all in any subject matter. Being incorrect has nothing to do with one being a fan of a team or a sport, the mistake I made wasn't about Brasil. You self righteous niggas kill me. LOL

That's part of the tournament format...there are no games that end in just a tie at this level of the tournament. Just like how much u win by doesn't matter in whether or not u advance. The part where u can lose and go on was 2 levels ago. Ghana went on and beat USA in the level after that, then lost in PK's in the last game. I'm not bein self righteous...I started off just tryna tell u how it works at that level. Your response was "it was a draw, they still got eliminated, guess why."
