They're going to have the hardest time getting a job 'cause HR already knows that "Devontare Williams" is a black male, likely from the hood somewhere, and "Shanikqualineesha Thomas" is more than likely a black female with ratchet tendencies.

I work with a cat named Jajuna. But its pronounced Jajuan = juh-WON. Even worse is the fact that he says his moms wasn't even tryna be cute with the spelling, she just entirely fucked off on the birth certificate and misspelled his name.

So now he has to walk around in this life with people calling him Juwonna or even worse Jujoona upon initial meet, if they're reading his deskplate.
