Yes I read those tragic lyrics were Tyler wanted to have sexual relations with an animal.

I think he's using blasphemy, beastiality, Nazism, and other shock tactics to build a buzz and get attention, it hurts me really bad how people keep saying they are like Wu-Tang. That Wu-Tang comparison had me depressed for a while.

Only person i heard that compared Odd Future to Wu-Tang was ?uestlove...i raised myself on Wu-Tang's music and i still fail to see a comparison, besides the fact that OF has 11 members and Wu-Tang has 9 members(11 if you count Cappadonna and Redman).

yea, he's depressed and got some daddy issues but clearly its not to be taken completely serious. the sacrilegious and crazy stuff is intended to get a rise outta people, nothing more. all this stuff's been done before. regardless of his content, the kid's talented. his production's pretty brilliant-that's the biggest draw to me. i was a big fan of bastard and this one-while not quite as good, has grown on me something serious too.

Imo the comparisons in the two groups come from the fact that they both have a left of center approach or presentation with their music and visuals ....wutang with the whole kungfu influence and of with the whole skateboard influnce ...those to things traditionally dont run hand n hand with hiphop ....then of course the obvious size of the group and different styles with each one ...also the group basically being a one main producer driven crew... i realize other cats in the group produce as well but tyler is akin to rza in the fact that he is the organizer and seems to be creatively bringing something to every group members project ...and lastly the unique sound each group has ...almost a signature sound ..especially when tyler does the track ...thats what i think love was getting at...
