FTM therapy doesn't change their develop anatomy, just their hormone balance. FTMs will still have small waists and wider hips, be prone to more back/hip and knee problems from hauling heavy weights over long distance, less ability to develop functional musculature and other assets men have over women when it comes to the front line. Your ideas have no basis in actual science and Cyborg having a clitoris the size of a walnut wouldn't help her lug 100lbs on orientation training for 4 hours without suffering a pelvic fracture.
