You got to remember Andy's daughter looks like she's close to Jessica's age, but in reality she's young as hell. Her behavior isn't all that unreasonable for someone with a childlike mind.
I don't think there is any animal Sam could've turned into that would have helped him catch vampires moving at high speeds. The dog was a good choice because he could at least track them by smell. Now Alcide is a different story because I thought werewolves in True Blood could move as fast or faster than average vampires, so he should have been able to catch a bunch of sick vampires.

Cheetahs can't run very far at top speed. Hawks can move fast when diving but I don't think their flight speed is anything comparable to vamp speed especially given the fact that the vamps has a head start.

Such a disappointment, especially coming on the heels of Game of Thrones. Preview didn't show anything to be excited about either. Pam searching for Eric, everybody else trying to save Holly and Arlene and beat H-vamps. My question is, wouldn't they be dead first night or the next? You have ravenous vampires upstairs and they don't eat them almost immediately.
Looks to me like they might try to drag Zombies into this by the looks of the dead bodies they keep showing. They're not dismembered or completely destroyed. They might try to say that the fact that H-vamps bit them the virus turns them into zombies. I don't know for sure, just speculating.
