I've never spent any significant amount of time in ANY city where all the locals weren't complaining about how shitty the drivers are in that city. Every city prolly feels like their drivers should be somewhere on the 'worst' list.

For the most part, shitty as drivers are spread pretty evenly across the country. No real rhyme or reason to it, except...
