The reason why Max Hardcore went to jail isn't that simple. It had to do with politics also and arcane obscenity laws. Main difference between GhettoGaggers producer and Max Hardcore is that Max simulated under-age girls(he would dress them up in pigtails speak like young girls etc) This was when Bush was in power and enacted his "War on Porn"(Max had been making that style of porn for decades so this was political) They tried to nail him with some obscure child porn law(something to the effect you can't even draw or pretend to be a child in a sexual act or something to that effect) but the courts through it out on first amendment and the fact that the girls in the videos would always state they were 18 regardless of how they acted or dressed. They had a company that was selling Euro-Max DVD/VHS to US customers. The Euro version were not supposed to be sold here period. Max when he was released stated he knew they were doing it but he felt THEY would get in trouble since he didn't authorise the re-sale..so that's how they got Max..the freaking Postal Service. So GhettoGaggers producer is smart to be web only..also at one time he did have a sister site called "YellowDiscipline" (you can guess what the "Yellow" is) that probably most of you don't know about..he did shut that website down possibly in fear of being prosecuted for obscenity(but come to find out later they can only prosecute on obscenity through shipping not web)

All in all I understand why people find the content offensive but to put someone in jail because they offend someone(who has to may a *conscience* effort to view said material) is insane. In all cases(Max and GhettoGaggers) they are all consenting adults who signed a contract and can quit at any time. Imagine if they jailed people for rap music they find offensive(they do in some middle east countries..do we really want that here)
