I heard in Poland you have to take an exam to get your fishing license. It seems weird then with all these exams that governments expect one to pass in order to drive a vehicle, own a gun, fish, hunt, cook professionally, baby sit, teach children, serve drinks and so on that there is no exam for people who wish to raise kids. If you want to teach kids 8 hours a day 10 months a year you need to go to a special school for it and pass. But if you want to raise kids 24/7 for 18 years you just need a pulse. Go figure.

If we are going to test people for their profiency for stupid shit like driving and serving drinks then we should also do it for parenting.

Some people should not be allowed to ever raise kids or spread their genes.
