Cops have a legal and ethical obligation to conduct themselves in a certain matter, and I'm 110% that the policeman's behavior violates most or all of the oath he took upon completion of the academy. That "well the suspect was wrong too" stuff is not gonna fly. If the police can't control themselves, what good are they?
