As I recall Musharraf is/was wanted by the Pakistanis for involvement in her death.

I doubt it had to do with her spilling beans on bin laden, if it comes down to one reason I think it was because she was trying to empower the civilian administration at the expense of the military's power. Either way I wonder if they got what they wanted, insomuch as zardari just ended up back in power and musharraf is still stuck in exile.
