But as a smart individual a lotta Artists talk the talk i am a huge fan of Nas he is second greatest of all time but you are hypocritical to critisize Eminem when the fact is Eminem always donates to charities that help black people and we not talking about short change we talking millions through his charity foundation that even Russell Simmons praised for it's donations to causes like Katrina

Nas as far as i'm aware doesn't even have a charity foundation set up and doesn't donate to help people that need money

Actions speak the loudest Eminem has never been ignorant i mean name me an ignorant Eminem record and i can name you 3 times as many positive & up liofting records from him

There are plenty of charitable snakes sweetie it makes for good cover, Bush gives millions to charity a year does that change your opinion of him? I base my lack of positive feelings towards the man on his words and actions as a whole and find that I have quite a level of disdain for him, but it is what it is. I do can enjoy some of his music ocasionally but prefer to not hear him on my day to day living, I do not deny his skill or that he has many devoted fans as you prove daily. I feel he is representative of a targeted exploitation of the HipHop Culture and find his constant psychopathic ramblings annoying overall. But I feel that way about a few other rappers to lesser or greater degrees if that helps you get over whatever statement I made that got you riled up or not it is what it is regardless...

You're not a bright person, are you? Many celebrities give to charities all the time. Just because you don't HEAR about it, doesn't mean they aren't donating. I mean, isn't it self-defeating if you are donating just to boast about it? There are people who actually don't care what the masses of idiots like you think.

Complain about Eminem's so called shock Rap Song's that use his Slim Shady alter ego i guiess they talking about Song's like Insane and other similar Song's filled with violance for entertainment purpose

But these same people complaining don't wanna mention positive, emotional and heart felt Song's like Mockingbird and Beautiful these Song's are as deep as you can get and really have a positive and up lifting message

Marshall Bruce Mathers III, better known by his stage name Eminem is an American rapper, record producer, and actor. Eminem quickly gained popularity in 1999 with his major-label debut album The Slim Shady LP, which won a Grammy Award for Best Rap Album. The following album, The Marshall Mathers LP, became the fastest-selling solo album in history.] It brought Eminem increased popularity, including his own record label, Shady Records, and brought his group project D12 to mainstream recognition.

Hip Hop has always been a culture dominated by black people. Sure, there were white people and hispanics involved when the movement began, but for the most part hip hop was a way for blacks to release frustrations, speak their mind, and unveil their culture to the public.

Eminem was immediately embraced into the culture, the first WHITE emcee to be thought of as one of the greatest lyricists ever. He has had plenty of prominent black co-signs in the industry, including Rakim who said "if eminem was black...he'd be the muhammad ali of rap." Jay-Z, Nas, Ludacris, T.I, Outkast, The Lox, Lil Wayne, KRS-1, Russel Simmons, and of course Dr. Dre have also co-signed the WHITE emcee.

In December, 2009 Eminem was named the Artist of the Decade by Billboard Magazine. According to Billboard, Eminem has two of his albums among the top five highest selling albums of the 2000s. Eminem, a WHITE emcee in a black dominated genre, is also the highest selling rapper ever.

In 2002, hasbeen rapper Benzino (also co-owner of the Source magazine) started a feud with rapper Eminem. Benzino claimed that Eminem was a product of the machine that sought to discredit black and Latino artists' contributions to hip-hop. Benzino released a diss record called "I Don't Wanna" where he claimed that Eminem was not real and true to the rap culture. It was not until Benzino dissed Eminem again with "Pull Up Your Skirt", that Eminem responded with 2 blistering diss tracks, first "The Sauce" and then "Nail in the Coffin".

Obviously salty over getting embarassed on wax, 'zino did everything he could to try and expose the "great white hope."

It went as far to dig up an old tape in which a young Eminem was rapping racial slurs against Blacks and women.

"I don't like that n*gger shit," said eminem on a freestyle. He also said all black women were bitches and no-good.

"All the girls I like to bone have big butts/ No they don't, 'cause I don't like that n----- sh--/ I'm just here to make a bigger hit."

"Blacks and whites, they sometimes mix/ But black girls only want your money, 'cause they're dumb chicks…Never date a black girl, because blacks only want your money/ And that sh-- ain't funny."

For a white rapper who was embraced by blacks and became the most popular rapper in the world, this was the ultimate "ethering." Forget Nas...forget Jay. What eminem did to black people will go down as the biggest sonning in the history of rap.

"I am the worst thing since Elvis PResely, to do black music so selfishly, and use it to get myself wealthy!"

EMINEM WON.....YOU MAD?????

You cant say anything about Eminem unless I've heard all his albums?

That's like saying I cant say anything about a ball player because I haven't seen all his games.

If you listen to enough of an artist you may get an idea of how that person is.

That's stupid to comment on an Artists Album you need to have heard their Album's atleast once

If you never heard their Album's how would you know what their content is based on, how would you know how great they are Lyrically, how would you know how creative they are and so on

No one is saying become an Eminem fan if one wishes not to even if it's for unjustified weird reasons but it's hypocritical to comment and say he isn't the greatest or talk about his Music so much when you don't own his catalouge or haven't listened to his Album's on a consistant basis

You're saying that no one can comment on Eminem before listening to his entire catalog. I bought Em's first 4 albums and have heard other songs by him so that's enough for me to comment on Em. I would not speak on an album I have never heard in some fashion.

You are a big Joe Budden fan?, you are a huge fan of Jay Z right? you a big Lupe Fiasco fan?

Joe Budden himself has stated Eminem was one of his biggest influences ever and has stated he thinks Eminem is in the top 5 greatest Artists ever list and has stated The Slim Shady LP is in his top 5 most favourite Album's ever list from any genre of Music

Jay Z said he was gonna retire from making Music after he heard The Marshall Mathers LP cos that album was so amazing and ground breaking and he has also said Eminem is in his top 5 greatest of all time list

Lupe Fiasco has stated Eminem as well as Nas influenced him more then anyone

So my question is how come you didn't give Eminem a chance when your fave Artists understand how great he is? where does the anti Eminem thing stem from? there has to be a reason cos as many people on the IC like to hate on Eminem most of them are dudes hating on him but Eminem i think has more female fan's then males and i mean not just white females but he has a huge black female fanbase

And i'm not saying this just to say he has a huge black female fan base cos if you ever been to his concerts you will see a lotta females both black & white
