A stickied thread of their song/mixtape. Maybe like most helpful person each week then rotate the stickied thread weekly with whoever was deemed most helpful the previous week.

Week of stickied publicity for a mixtape is good incentive imo. Only thing better wiuld be money but fugg alladat.

Dope idea. I think we could make it more official with a weekly featured IC artist or work of art (song or mixtape). Like an editor's pick with an overview from the mods (editors), a feature in the thread title and first post for the week. In the same vein as parallel's idea with the sticky threads (I guess. I don't ever fully read his posts. Fuck that nigga).

The needing to give some previous feedback criteria is good too. I never touched the IC Rapper thread when it came to that but whenever someone with a low post count and is spreading their music, that's considered spam and gets an auto delete. And y'all ain't slick with the "damn this song is hot, but check out this song!" posts either lol.

I was thinking about making a thread doing just a simple vote for the best songs of the year and we could narrow it down to one 80 min mixtape or a double cd If enough songs are voted. I guess we can call it the Best of 2013 Mixtape.

I was thinking about doing one from jump but I'm glad you thought about it. I think we should ask what was your top 5 mixtapes of th year so far to gauge then pick the top 10 from those lists. if there are even ten.. but wait til 2014.. I remember last year mad mixtapes dropped late decemeber out of no where and they were all good to great.

Watup RuffDraft! All good homie, u gotta do you. Been pretty slow in The Reason anyway. I thought we did thats why I asked but It pulled a mega flop this year lol so Imma leave it alone.

Going to "try" the music awards thing Monday. The last couple years Ive done them pretty simple but If anybody has anything extra they wanna throw in go ahead and chime in. Heres last years one I did....
