Is Photobucket disabled on the IC?

Went through a couple of old threads and every single post that was uploaded with Photobucket has this message

Man I hvnt used PB in years. Last time I posted a pic from PB took somebody a whole 5 min before some other shit was posted from my shit, I was like wtf ah hell nah, account canceled! lol

Lmaooo no one is using pb anymore. These threads are prior to when we could upload through the IC ( 2 years tops)
