- A three-way WWE Tag Team Title match with Kofi Kingston and R-Truth vs. Titus O'Neil and Darren Young vs. Primo and Epico may end up on the WWE SummerSlam card. Other matches possible for the show in less than two weeks are The Miz vs. Rey Mysterio for the Intercontinental Title and Damien Sandow vs. Brodus Clay.

WWE reportedly has a strong final angle being saved for next week's RAW that is supposed to be the difference maker in the build to SummerSlam.

- Brock Lesnar is currently booked for every RAW show through August 20th in Fresno, California.

- Chris Jericho will be working on his third book once he takes time off from WWE again. His departure is said to be imminent.

WWE will air the Wade Barrett vignettes on RAW and SmackDown until the SummerSlam pay-per-view is over. Barrett will then return to WWE TV. Barrett is currently on tour with the SmackDown brand in Japan.

Barrett's return to the ring was delayed several times. Originally, WWE officials wanted to bring him back at Money in the Bank, have him win a World Heavyweight Title shot and then either begin to chase for the title or actually capture it at SummerSlam.

With that said, Barrett is in line for a run with one of WWE's major singles titles.

- A group in Connecticut called Moms Opposing McMahon has held a rally and released material online speaking out against Linda McMahon and WWE as she campaigns for the US Senate. MOM is mainly speaking out against WWE's edgy TV in the past. WWE responded:

"All WWE broadcast programming is TV-PG, rated not by us, but by the standards and practices departments of our TV network distributors, while the majority of today's prime time programming is rated TV-14. Five million women watch WWE's weekly TV programming, representing nearly 40 percent of our TV audience. Women would not be watching if they found our programming objectionable."

- Daniel Bryan noted in several media interviews that his inspiration for the "YES!" chants was UFC fighter Diego Sanchez. In a new interview with MMAFighting.com, Sanchez says Bryan is supporting him in a way and he has his back. Diego expressed interest in working with Bryan as his team has reached out to Bryan's people. Sanchez said:

"My team has reached out to them and we'll see what happens. We both are the 'Yes' men and if we could help each other that's what it's about. It's about that positivity and motivating yourself to do things you could never do when unmotivated."

- As Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson was answering fan questions on Twitter Sunday afternoon, WWE Champion CM Punk tweeted a picture of a CM Punk action figure standing over a Johnson action figure that had been knocked out by the GTS. Johnson responded, "You knocked by delivering a GTS. I'll answer by delivering the ass kicking of a lifetime. @WWE Championship #Rumble2013 #RockTalk."

Johnson announced at Raw 1,000 that he would face whoever the WWE Champion is at the Royal Rumble. A match between Johnson and Punk, however, may not take place at the pay-per-view event. It was reported last week that WWE officials are contemplating a scenario where Punk drops the WWE Championship to John Cena at SummerSlam to set up a rematch between Cena and Johnson at Royal Rumble. Johnson would then defeat Cena at the Rumble and defend the title against Punk at WrestleMania XXIX.
