Vince was mad about Pipers pit, word is he was yelling into Coles headset screaming " this stinks", they're saying not to expect a Pipers Pit again (or for a long time).

Backstage News from the RAW Talent Meeting - What Was Said, Feelings on Not Speaking Out

- As noted before, a talent meeting was held before Monday's RAW. Word is that nobody really spoke up after everything that was said backstage last week.

Talents were told to use common sense in all dealings, mainly when it comes to social media. They were outright told that any kind of xenophobic comments or racial remarks will not be tolerated. It was also pushed that the company is PG programming. The idea is that anything anyone says that wouldn't be in good taste to children should not be said. Officials didn't use those exact words but that was the message sent.

Regarding nobody speaking out, the feeling was that whatever problems there could have been from the talents, are all quelled because the top guys are happy with their positions and aren't going to make waves, and the bottom guys can only lose their jobs if they were to speak out. With AW being fired, most felt that it wasn't worth the risk to say anything that would come across as complaining.

PWInsider confirms that there was a recent settlement between WWE and the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) which allows WWE to use their old WWF logo on footage. WWE made some kind of payment to the World Wildlife Fund. WWE is allowed to use the WWF logo and say WWF over footage as long as it is old footage. For example, WWE couldn't have a Legend come out on RAW next week, cut a promo and talk about how he used to hold the WWF Title and wrestle on WWF pay-per-views.

Fred Durst Escorted Out Of WWE Summerslam PPV

Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst was escorted from the Staples Center, the site of tonight’s WWE Summerslam pay-per-view event after he “flipped the bird” on-screen, prior to the Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar match, which main evented the show.

Durst co-operated with those who escorted him from the building, however many feel following his actions, he probably won’t be seen on WWE television/pay-per-view alongside other celebrities anytime soon.

And the #1 contender for the World Heavyweight Championship is…..

……………………………………………………………………………………………….

Alberto Del Rio won a #1 contenders match at this week’s Smackdown.

He will face Sheamus at Night Of Champions in September.

Commentators for this week’s Smackdown

Whilst Josh Mathews sells the injury sustained by Kane at SummerSlam, Teddy Long will join Michael Cole at the announce table for this week’s Smackdown.

Possible reasoning behind Jack Swagger being buried

According to a few sources, Jack Swagger has backstage heat on him due to a number of failed marijuana tests. WWE does not suspend talents for failing marijuana tests, they just get issued with a $2,500 fine per offence.

This possibly explains why Swagger has been buried on WWE TV over the past several months.

Wont this be the third straight ppv that they face each other. WWE just dragging this boring ass feud as long as possible

When the time comes, wwe betta not bullshit about putting this man in the hof. Dude has done everything for wrestling except wrestle a match. Not many men, if any can say they were a referee, a valet/manager, a GM, and commentator that worked his way up from being part of the ring crew. WWE better not shit on Teddy.
