- There is discussion of doing a NXT Takeover show before the end of the year at the Theater in MSG, as well as a show in Boston.

- With all three members of the former Shield as faces, there is some speculation on setting up another group reunion at an upcoming joint brand PPV, either Royal Rumble or Survivor Series.

Man with all these pay per views they doing, they better stop fuckin playing and bring 1 to NC so I can go.

They always have house shows and shit out here but I'm tryna go to a show that counts

I can't believe there is 19 ppv's man.. I think each should only have 3, and the 'big 4' will be for both brands

Yeah man I been thinking the same thing. Before WWE started the new brand extension (via USA mandate) I thought there was talks about cutting down the PPV special due to low buys behind most of them. I really think before the brand extension there should have only been about 6-7 the "big 4" along with MITB, and maybe Night of Champions.

I really think WWE is pressing their luck with an additional 7 PPV when creative can't even book consistently good PPVs in a 12 month period.

There's seperate creative teams between the two brands. No ones taking on the workload of an additional 7 PPV.

Yea ima see how it goes but right now it seems like it would b too much especially if you watch both shows faithfully, I've watched smackdown more since the draft than maybe the last 5 years

they gotta eliminate the gimmicky ppv's; TLC, HIAC, MITB etc

make em special again.. and leave MITB for WM..

At this point the MITB PPV has damn near replaced Survivor Series as one of the big four.

I don't wanna make a thread on this but what are 5 key components to making a great wrestler?

I'll say swag/confidence, charisma/fluid speaking, adjustability to their opponents style, finish move (minor component), how to sell (win/lose and take hits).

@blu197

I'm not worried about SD, Raw was against two NFL games and still won the ratings, next week it's only one football game. I predict Raw ratings to be 2.9+ and SD to be 2.6 or lower next week

Smh knew it was comin.

WWE News: Hogan on WWE Network Commercials

- WWE has begun using Hulk Hogan's likeliness on recent WWE Network commercials. While they have refrained from doing so in the past after the controversy, most insiders have believed that WWE would bring back Hogan eventually once they were sure that the public backlash would be minimal. It's possible that Hogan's recent inclusion on the commercials is some sort of testing ground to see what the reaction will be.

- Shelton Benjamin had surgery on September 7 to repair a torn rotator cuff. He's expected to take about six months to recover and is still also expected to start working with WWE once he is healthy.

Hogan coming back? Surprise surprise says the blind and deaf guy.

He will forever be their true icon. No amount of revisionist John Cena propaganda or racist exposures will change that. Terry Bollea's crass stupidity hasn't kept Hulk Hogan down in the past so...

Know what's worse? Deep down inside many black and brown fans will silently pop when his entrance hits. I won't cast any stones cause I'm right there with em if he comes out to Voodoo Child.
