This is another reason Warrior won in the end. He exposed all these hypocrites in the industry this past weekend. All these guys that shat on him on that DVD are now singing his praises like he said they would once the true story was allowed to be told by Vince.
Regardless of all the hypocrisy from a shitload of people who kicked dirt on Warrior for damn near 20 years in the end it's all better for the industry. Cements the man's legacy in it's proper light and shows future fans the real truth. Everything worked out for the best and I'm so glad Warrior got to see it all the way through before passing on.
He's got nothing to worry about as far as his life's work and it's place in history goes. His family will also be taken care of financially now that he ended up where he truly belonged in terms of his place in the industry and I'm sure died peacefully because of that.
He really was the HHH to Hogan and Savage's Austin and The Rock or The Batista to Cena and Orton of his day. To my generation the WWF trinity was Macho Man, Hogan and Warrior and it sucked that for the longest time 2 of those guys couldn't get their due retroactively cause of conflict and politics.
So a lot of fans that came in after the Attitude Era especially and during it really didn't know how vital and important and iconic those 3 superstars really were. It wasn't all just Hogan. Mach and Warrior were just as over as Hogan was in their primes and equally as important in helping WWF go from regional to national and global phenomenon. Now it's a different story and with the network WWE has truly immortalized them forever. All is right with the world.
I also applaud HHH actually for being the bigger man in reaching out to people like Backlund, Sammartino and Warrior and giving them their deserved HOF spots. I respect him a lot for that. Even Vince couldn't do that and lord knows he really tried.
“I’m deeply saddened at the sudden passing of Jim Helwig, The Ultimate Warrior. I wish I’d been kinder to him in the last moments that we had this past weekend at WrestleMania 30.
We did cross paths once or twice, but we were all so busy. I never went out of my way to see him, but if I could… I’d tell him he looked good. He looked content, and he looked like he’d finally found happiness within his children and his wife. He never ever harmed me nor did we really work with one another… I wish we had.
His final ring promo breaks my heart. I’ve many fond memories of times we shared, only now do they pile up in my head. I’d also tell him that he was right, he never was such a bad guy. My thoughts are with his wife and children. I never thought his time would be so short.
I know one thing, I will never forget him.

Dude was making money, Vince paid him after being asked and yet he fired dude anyway. That makes no damn sense.
