glad im not the only one who thinks that don't hold ur applause was ill. after 3 listens, ill agree that this>>>>>cole world, but i can appreciate both albums though. Ya gonna be suprised at the numbers it does. 4/5 rating still stands. slight work is kinda growin on me.

Can't wait to hear what Pill, Meek and Ross bout to bring if Ambition sounds like this. Classic Album.

So I guess the consensus on here is that the album is very good. I still disagree but it is what it is. Besides Nas, Common, and K.R.I.T I was anticipating this and j.cole's album more than any other album this year and I've been severely disappointed by both. Ah well, still going to see Le' on the 12th. I'll be looking forward to hearing "don't hold your applause", "lotus flower bomb", "ambition", and "dc or nothin". I really hope meek and ross come through after all the heat mmg has been putting out.....

Illest Bitch Alive is fucking terrible. Also, as many highlights as there are, Wale isn't really spitting on here like usual. Good album, 7-8/10 for me.
