Thanks for the feedback. I'm taking ISA Test right now. It's only my second week so I haven't noticed much.

look into a test booster made with bulbine natalensis

it's an African herb that has proven to be the most promising in clinical studies

It has a really good ingredient lay out, it's just questionable whether or not the amounts you'd ingest from a tiny pill would be adequate to really do anything

Once I start bulking on September 15th i'll let you know how it is

I'm going to do blood work before, during and after

I suggest doing the same with any natty test booster you try too cause it's really the only way to know if it's working

acne, gains and mood improvement can all be due to other factors or completely coincidental

I'm completely green to supplements other than creatine and whey protein. I don't use them but know of them and what they do. I'm just trying to burn fat and build muscle, tone up as quickly as possible. I lift about twice per week circuit style (all muscle groups targeted quickly) and run about three days per week. Any advice or is my routine and goals not built for supplements?

If you're running do not do long cardio sessions at moderate intensity.

It's much better to do sprint training.

Look at a sprinter's physique, then look at a long distance runner's. The proof is in the pudding.

Fellas what's a good pre workout you recommend for someone who plays sports and is active in that regard? I don't want to get all hulk like I want to be able to move around on a field.

Caffeine by itself can improve performance and give you a big burst of energy
