G-Slimm- Fours, Deuces and Trays

I never heard of this dude but he can spit. Album was a lot better than I thought it would be. I was guilty of judging a book by its cover. I thought he would be a "Gucci Mane" type rapper. But I'm glad I was wrong. He is a solid rapper. Solid all around album. The beats were dope and he told a good story. My favorite songs were Live To Be A Man and Mama Pray For Me.

8/10

yea its a shame dude got shot in his back rite before he was bout to sign a major deal

Oh word he's dead

yea he died in 96 before he was bout to sign wit Relativity Records da label 3-6 Mafia was on he made a song predicting his death shit was kinda creepy

Pete Rock & CL Smooth- The Main Ingredient

dope album, honestly i had no idea how i would feel bout dis cuz im not huge on Boom Bap hip hop but dis album was nice. I thought da instrumentals after each track was interesting, my favorite tracks on here was I get physical nd Escape. Pete Rock was a genius wit these beats i find it creative he didnt use drugs while makin beats like many ova producers, nd CL Smooth doesnt get enough credit for his lyricism nd flow dude was a natural. Overall dis album was an 8/10 it doesnt get da recognition it deserves when it comes to East Coast classics from da 90's

Yeah yo, The Main Ingredient is a bangin album..

And I looked up info on that G Slimm album after I listened to it, and I found out that it was released the same year as The Main Ingredient, lol..

Too bad Pete and CL had split up though.. I'm sure they could have released at least two more great albums during the 90s..

Man that brings back memories.... Ahh I actually bought the album when it came out SMMFH, terrible album but some records were aight. I think the best song on there besides Shoulder Lean was "My Girl Got A Girlfriend".

@genocidecutter

hmmm I'll take a chance and listen to anything you'd recommend, whether it's ICP or Brother Lynch Hung. Lemme try and diversify my knowledge of music.

Everything's Good-???

Overall 7/10. Pretty impressed with this mixtape

@Kame that Do or Die album was dope, even though it was long as hell, everybody was spitting on it and the beats were dope, even though they sounded like dated beats IMO, but that's prolly because it was made in 95

Whats good my people of the hip hop culture! My name is P GOOD of The Real Life Movement! I am here to give a review of an album most are not even aware is about to drop! The new emerging artist, named Marcus Goodine (pronounced Good Don), creeps behind the scene ready to make some serious noise with his first LP, The Beverage, due to hit the online world July 12, 2013! Marcus Goodine, born in Brooklyn, NY, comes from a small town in Seneca, South Carolina. This talented emcee has the ability to close the ears to what has been polluting our genre for sometime! His first LP consists of 9 dope tracks that will be available for $4 my people! He has been knocking on the door for two years now, with winning contests with AHH/uplaya in 2010, mutiple blog writings on themaskedgorilla.com and winning showcases sponsored by Shady Records and Asylum Records! Formerly known as Cashmere, Marcus decided to use his birth name because he wants to reach his audience in way that just isn't seen anymore! His debut album is DOPE!!!!!!!!!!! If you are a fan of classic albums like illmatic, the college drop out and so on, then you will love what this emcee has to say! Deciding to do things on his own, Marcus has passed expectations of what I will call a diamond in the ruff, for an album! Here is a sneak peek of his album; a track titled "An Apparition's Dream"http://www.musicxray.com/xrays/1024927/public Not selling you false images, his words will touch everyone! There isn't a song you can't relate to! I want to be the first to say that Marcus Goodine is exactly what this game needs! Peace

involve yourself with the community then maybe post your music don't do this reckless spamming shit we hate this shit and will ruin your career before it started, you have potential but your flow on that beat was waaay offf and that song could of used a hook and some other things

Yo shit sucks fam. And I don't even have to listen. The fact that you've resorted to spamming forums lets us know your friends(whether real or of the Facebook variety) and family wont even give you the courtesy of listening to your shit long enough to give u feedback. If yo mama dont believe in yo dreams then dont expect strangers to my dude.

Good luck tho
