Doesn't make any sense to me that Doflamingo either isn't gettin' something major from Kaido or if DD could control the fruits somehow. Why's he givin' Kaido fruits for nothin'? People would say protection, but then why would the other Yonko stand around and watch DD make Kaido's army stronger

Shanks is easygoing so I don't think he cares too much about Kaido unless he tried to make a move on him.

Big Mam has her fingers in a bunch of shit like Kaido and had the Fishmen (until recently) to contend with the DF users.

Blackbeard's got his own secrets he can control 2 fruits at once and I'm sure he got more tricks up his sleeve
