Ebro faulty as fuck. Niggas from Oakland and doesn't politic with any Bay Area artist. That's why E-40 only did do the breakfast club and avoided Hot97. Fuck his opinion. New York can have him.

Many southern artists make radio hits and dope mixtapes but can't make a quality album. Not making quality albums hurts their ability to get and maintain a loyal following. Sure people appear to be loyal to some artists but fans end up jumping from hot club artist to hot club artist since many of these rappers are easily replaceable.

Longevity in hip hop more than ever is being shown from artists from non traditional hip hop cities (Cole and Drake) and from re-emerging cities like compton (Kendrick/TDE). These rappers have loyal fans weather you like the artists music or not.

The other ironic thing about the south is many rap fans in the region don't support artist like Big Krit who actually has created quality albums and has a movement not just a fad. When cole goes to North Carolina or NYC that shit is packed. Same with Drake going to Toronto. But when Krit is in the south he still does small venues around his hometown. It's not like the Cole homecoming show or OVO fest for drake.

With all due respect bro the south aint goin nowhere. Our imprint is too heavy n the game, judging by how many artist use our slang and our style of beats til this day.

Im from Texas. Niggaz here not too heavy on future, mostly bitches. On the real Big Krit & Curren$y rap circles around that dude.

Yes it will. Every region that had a strong hold influenced other regions from the slang and beats, just like you say the south doing, nothing new under the sun.
