at least with spiderman with marvel they can finally have a quip galore with his movie lol. cuz that will fit his character

Ant Man and Spidey are suppying most of the funny parts in the movie.

That really should have been expected given the nature of those chatacters.

I know I'm probably in the minority, but I would have much rather Marvel get back Galactus and Silver Surfer than Spiderman. They would have been more important in the coming movies.

I want Silver Surfer cause I want a movie about the actual Defenders and not this Marvel Knight being called The Defenders stuff Netflix is planning.

We already got 2 of the big 3 Defenders in the movies (Hulk and Dr. Strange). With Marvel still working on getting the third one (Namor) under their film umbrella.

Valkyrie won't be a long shot since Thor is a staple of the MCU. All you would need is Surfer and Beast and while Beast would be a long shot he could also be worked around easier than Surfer in terms of the purpose of the role on the team.

Yeah, I just want them to do the Cosmic side right since that's my favorite part of the Marvel Universe. Right now I don't know how they are going to do that since they haven't established any cosmic forces and don't even have access to the most well known ones. I mean does Thanos really need the Infinity Gauntlet to beat the Avengers or Nova Corps?

I still don't get how they managed to get back The Inhumans and Black Panther under a technicality but not the rest of the characters who have spinned off from Fantastic Four. That handicap is definitely limiting the scope of their cosmic ambitions for sure.

Open the door for a Kree Skrull War too. OR super Skrull as the Main saga villian period

Black Panther Got a Costume in Captain America: Civil War Because of Spider-Man

If it wasn't for Spider-Man, we might not have gotten Black Panther in Captain America: Civil War, at least not in costume as a full-fledged superhero. When writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely were working on the story originally, they included Spider-Man, despite Marvel and Sony not having their deal done yet. That meant T'Challa's role in the film was very different, as he was going to just be a diplomat.

"Originally, T'Challa and T'Chaka were just the representatives of Wakanda, sort of the voice of other countries in the world going, ‘You people are out of control,’ and then to be aggrieved by possible Bucky actions," Markus told CinemaBlend during the Civil War press junket. "Frankly, just not have him be Black Panther yet. He's getting his own movie, you know. He's the prince of a country! That's pretty good for a movie."

However, at one point things didn't look good for Spidey, and that changed things.

"When things maybe looked like we weren’t going to get Spider-Man, it was like, ‘Let's put the costume on that guy!’" Markus said of Black Panther. "And then he became so integral to the story as it evolved that once Spider-Man came back, we didn't take him out. So, it was a problem that created a really nice situation."

So thanks to Spider-Man almost not making it in, Black Panther made it in all his costumed, superheroic glory.

It never really said he did. Figured all of his strength was just in his arm. Only time he showed a lot of power. Never ran after cars in WS.

He sounded like a stronger woody allen. Silver surfer could work if fox doesn't already own the right to him. A silver surfer movie could be the perfect set up for beta ray bill

I think marvel should work out a deal with fox like they did with sony where fox keeps the license for x men and FF but marvel handles the creative input so we can have both teams in the mcu. if possible.

Cap said Zola experimented on him in WS so his entire body is enhanced. He's similar to Cap at this point with his arm as an advantage over him.

His contract is locked in for Infinity 1 and two as they're filming both back to back.

Everything Fantastic Four related outside of Black Panther, Inhumans and the Kree is under Fox right now. The skrulls, kang, annihilus, the badoon, galactus etc.
