I'll catch the Avengers and Black Panther of course, but I always feel out the loop because I haven't been a comic book reader since I was about 11 or 12. Context obliviously tells me that Thanos is a major villain, but the only way I even found out about him was through threads like this. I still don't get the real importance of the infinity stones...

Did you even watch the video I posted? That comic scan you posted came out 2013. The animated series came out in 2006 way before that. Chitauri are from the Ultimate MCU and basically Skrulls in the Ultimate Universe. @Copper

The creatures in the movie are outriders..fact the wakandan scene is from the infinity comic series.
