So...the show connects to the movies have they mentioned anything from past movies that the next movie brushes off/doesn't reffer back to?..for example would they acknowledge and say/show the cleanup to the big blob Ego created in GOTG2?

They did that a lot in the beginning, like the 1st two seasons But now they only mention the other movies here & there, but not so much.

Seems like the show has flourished so much on its own, it really don't need to tie into the other marvel movies.

Sony Movie. Connected to Tom Hollands Spiderman, but not taking any effect on the MCU

Also, Tom Holland/Spiderman as of right now, will not be appearing in Venom or Silver Sable and Black Cat. Im sure in the future they will be brought in to the MCU somehow though or Tom will appear in their universe. Right now they are calling the side spiderman movies "The Sony Marvel Universe"

There are tons of things they can do to make him look larger on camera haha. Have him closer to the camera than other actors, etc. Im sure Venom will be in CGI though or some sort of special effects suit to make him big and bulky like in the comic.

a black cat movie? silver sable?!?! black cat is a catwoman knockoff and silver sable is an e list character. if this is sony I say they should scrap that and pick up the sinister six movie again.

I could be mistaken, but i think they confirmed the Sinister Six movie was still in development. But Silver Sable and Black Cat will be in a movie together. Doesnt sound very interesting at all though haha.

New Black Panther Synopsis Revealed

It's safe to say that Black Panther is one of the most anticipated comic book movies on the horizon. And now, Marvel has unveiled a new synopsis to get audiences hyped up for the Chadwick Boseman-led film.

"After the events of Marvel's Captain America: Civil War, King T'Challa returns home to the reclusive, technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda to serve as his country's new leader. However, T'Challa soon finds that he is challenged for the throne from factions within his own country. When two foes conspire to destroy Wakanda, the hero known as Black Panther must team up with C.I.A. agent Everett K. Ross and members of the Dora Milaje, Wakanadan special forces, to prevent Wakanda from being dragged into a world war."

The synopsis, courtesy of Licensing Global, gives the biggest indication yet of the film's plot. While the previous synopsises had indicated a vague conflict of some kind, this one outlines exactly what is at stake, and gives us some sort of indication of how the film's ensemble cast will come into play. While we already knew that Michael B. Jordan's Kilmonger would be the central antagonist of the film, the idea of him being accompanied by a second 'foe' of T'Challa is certainly new.

In addition, the synopsis outlines how important the fan-favorite Dora Milaje - led by Lupita Nyong'o's Nakia and Danai Gurira's Okoye - will be to the film. The idea of T'Challa enlisting both them and Everett K. Ross (Martin Freeman, reprising his role in Civil War) in his crusade is sure to excite fans.

Overall, this new synopsis is sure to excite those who are eagerly waiting for the film - and help pass the time until the February 16th release date.

The full announced cast list follows:

Chadwick Boseman (“Captain America: Civil War,” “Get on Up”), Michael B. Jordan (“Creed,” “Fruitvale Station”), Academy Award® winner Lupita Nyong’o (“Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” “12 Years a Slave”), Danai Gurira (“The Walking Dead,” upcoming “All Eyez on Me”), Martin Freeman (“Hobbit” trilogy, “Sherlock”), Daniel Kaluuya (upcoming “Get Out,” “Sicario”), with Academy Award® nominee Angela Bassett (“American Horror Story,” “London Has Fallen”), with Academy Award® winner Forest Whitaker (“Rogue One: A Star Wars Story,” Lee Daniels’ “The Butler”), and Andy Serkis (“Avengers: Age of Ultron,” “Star Wars: The Force Awakens”).

Additional cast members include Letitia Wright (“Urban Hymn,” “Glasgow Girls”), Winston Duke (“Person of Interest, “Modern Family”), Florence Kasumba (“Captain America: Civil War,” “Emerald City”), Sterling K. Brown (“Whiskey Tango Foxtrot,” “The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story”) and John Kani (“Captain America: Civil War,” “Coriolanus”).
