I never said he used the tesseract on Selvig and Hawkeye. Loki's staff contains another infinity gem apart from the tesseract which can be seen in the Winter Soldier mid-credits scene.

Can you read? I already said Loki was using the Mind Gem.

Aether - red - power

Loki gem - blue -mind

GOTG gem - purple - space

Tesseract -yellow - reality

What better way to power up the Universal Weapon by access to the universal conscience so you can basically clone yourself and kick the shit out of people using multiple versions of yourself?

Thor 3 will likely see the fall and rebirth of Asgard with the Eye of Agamotto given to The Ancient One who has been guarding the Soul Gem. It will likely be Thor: Ragnarok's post credits scene to set up Dr Strange. Thor, Iron Man and Cap will likely be recast after Avengers 3 because when Adam Warlock, whose cocoon has already been shown in The Collector's archive, will probably play last minute savior and reboot shit slightly different, a la Days Of Future Past.

Then why was the tesseract blue?

The guy with the hammer and the chick next to him in the poster above are the enemies for the movie. Ronan the accuser and nebula with thanos working in the shadows as always.

isn't Nebula supposed to be Thanos's granddaughter

Daughter actually but not sure if marvel will follow this route.

it's his grand daughter, thanos has 1 kid Thane. He killed all the rest because death told him to, Thane was just too strong for Thanos

Motion-capture superstar confirms appearance in blockbuster Marvel sequel - won't reveal identity of role

In a brief interview with Variety concerning his return to the role of Caesar in Dawn of The Planet of The Apes, actor Andy Serkis has revealed that he is not only consulting on the motion-capture effects for Avengers: Age of Ultron - he's in the movie.

When asked about his work as a consultant for motion-capture work on AoU (and also Star Wars: Episode VII,) Serkis confirmed: "I'm playing a role (in both films). On 'The Avengers,' I've been working closely with Mark Ruffalo." He would not, however, specify whether his role in the film was physical or a motion-capture character. At this time, Marvel has yet to clarify how the film's main villain - an evil robot named Ultron - will be realized on film, or if any other new characters requiring elaborate FX will be appearing.

Though he has had several acclaimed "normal" acting roles, Serkis is primarily known for his skill at motion-capture performance, whereby his physical movements control the actions of CGI-animated characters. He's likely still best known as Gollum in the Lord of The Rings movies.

Major AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON Spoilers Reveal The HULK's Fate And Likely Future

Mark Ruffalo's most recent dismissal of a Planet Hulk movie has prompted HitFix's Drew McWeeny to reveal what happens to the character in Avengers: Age of Ultron, and speculate on what Marvel Studios has in store for him before the inevitable Avengers 3. McWeeny suggests first that we should believe Ruffalo, Joss Whedon, and any other Marvel reps who have debunked the year-old Planet Hulk rumor, however, the journalist thinks fans of the Planet Hulk storyline will be happy with Marvel's "Phase Three" plans. Why? Here is where the spoilers begin; you've been warned!

"Bruce Banner continues to play a key role in things in [Avengers: Age of Ultron], and when the final war with Ultron spills onto the battlefield and out of the virtual realm, he has a major part to play. Unfortunately, that ends with him onboard a Quinjet on his way off the planet, with no way to immediately turn things around. He's going to have to ride out the trip. It's pre-programmed and he can't stop it." Drew McWeeny goes on to speculate that the Quinjet is likely headed to wherever the Guardians of the Galaxy are. Basically, the HitFix reporter thinks that the potential sequel to James Gunn's upcoming space epic will incorporate the Incredible Hulk.

"I suspect we'll see some sequences that very much feel like they're part of Planet Hulk story," McWeeny writes, "but the larger story will be about the Guardians finding a way to get Banner home, only to end up going with them." This would somehow bring Thanos to earth and boom; Avengers 3 begins. This route likely hinges on Guardians' success, but what do you think?
