Jumpoff has always been dope to me. Say what you want about the brother but he has a genuine love for the genre and tries to showcase his skill on the mic. Jumpoff is a throwback to how emcees used to be. If you're familiar with his body of work you'll notice you won't ever see him biting or spit a lackluster/ recycled verse. This brother got real love for the genre and respects the artform. I'm talking strictly from a rappin' perspective.

I understand you have to do sh*t to remain relevant, but I never felt his antics to draw attention to himself outside of rapping. You got this n*gga picking random beefs with rappers, parading videohoes around etc.

Back to rappin' though, when has he ever been outshined on a joint. Which battle on wax has he lost apart from when Deck was getting in his a*s (n/h)?
