Em is nothing like Mike at all How many people truly say that he has a catalog full of classics or he held rap down.On all fronts. When I said I see Eminem as Jordan and Jay-Z as Kareem, I meant it as Kareem was the best player in the league all-around before Jordan came into the game and their paths have crossed. And like Kareem and Jordan, I could see Jay-Z retiring for good and Eminem still in the game for a few more years. In other words, Jay-Z was the best before Eminem came along, IMO. And your argument holds no ground BC Eminem has stayed relevant. Take a look at the hits. Jay-Z hasn't had a #1 hit in awhile. Eminem has been relevant since 1999 with hits. Billboard and radio aren't just going to play his music BC he's white. That's wack. And how many people can say Jay-Z has a full catalog of classics? An album being a classic is your own opinion. Just saying if Eminem and Jay-Z both did 10 albums, Eminem might have 7-9 classics and Jay-Z might have 6-8 classics IMO and that's why I consider both of them the best but overall, I have to give it to Eminem. Maybe if Jay-Z produced and mixed as much as Eminem, he'd be more valuable to Hip-Hop.

I agree. If Asher Roth was as talented as Eminem or Jay-Z even, he'd sell more. The reason Eminem sells is BC his music is better. You can't listen to the Marshall Mathers LP and say it's as good as Asher Roth's and Bubba Sparxxx last CDs.
